A fine afternoon on the North West coast of Ynys Mon. 15 yr old Gethin had a superb run , pushed all the way by Rhys Owen , who he managed to pass on the descent. Both finished inside the previous course best. Gemma Brown ran strongly to finish 3rd overall and broke the female record by over a minute.

Many thanks to all the marshals , helpers and the ladies of Cyfeillion Swtan for some fine refreshments. Thanks also to the farmers and the National Trust for permission.
