"Rnd 3 Mid-week series, Foel Lus. A record turn out again and more records broken. Math Roberts following on his 12th place in the 250+ field in the Brit Champs race in N Ireland on Sat took 27 sec off the rec in 22.18 while Gareth Hughes in 2nd also beat the old record.

In the ladies Bronwen Jenkinson also on a high from the Sat race (5th lady overall and 1st U 23 and leading the Eryri ladies to 3rd team ) took 27 sec off Sarah Ridgeways rec with 26.26 ( and now holds the U16, U18 and open records) while Sarah had the consolation of setting a new F40 rec by 28 sec in 29.22.the last record going to Derick Weaver,a new V60 time of 28.36.

Other Cat winners, U16 Tomos Land, U18 Ryan Cain, M40 Parkinson John, M50 Steve Jones, M70 Don Williams, F U16 Samia Jones, U18 Rhiannon Kamink,and F50 Sarah Barnwell. Thanks to the shops for donating the prizes, Ellie for marking the course, the marshals on the mountain and those who helped with the chaos at the registrations and the finish line.
