Saturday saw 72 runners assembled in glorious autumn weather to run the 9 mile Llyn Brenig Trail Race, orgnised by Denbigh Harriers. Rob Grantham continued his winning form this year to finish in a superb 53.22, only 13 seconds outside the course record. Hot on his tail were Neil Parry and Jez Brown, both well recovered from excellent performances at The Vyrnwy last weekend. Andrea Rowlands continued her winning form by being first lady back in 1.02.40, but the star of the show was undoubtably Eddie Naisby of Prestatyn, who won the MV80 in 1.39.27.
