Another cracking running of the Tryfan downhill dash last night
from the summit to base. Conditions were good for a fast time and so it was
with two Pennine runners taking the honours - Muir Morton winning in 8.25, as
Muir finished the clock read 7.55 - inside the record but it soon emerged a
timing mistake meant 30 seconds were added to everyone's times! Dylan Webber
was the first Eryri man home in a fast 9.08, in the process gashing his hand
horridly. In the ladies it was Felinheli's Helen John who took the win in a
time of 15.30 with Ellie Salisbury in 17.35.
