A bitterly cold day greeted 55 runners for the annual Hangover Hobble at Coed LLandegla. This years course unfortunately cut short due to -10 degrees on the summit, although this didn't seem to bother anyone.

Darren Rowlands for Wrexham Tri coming home first in 33.07 a good distance ahead of second place Gary Norgrove at 35.14 (Wrexham Tri) and Jez Brown at 35.20 (Buckley).

Ladies were headed home first by Maddie Horton in 37.52 followed by Mary Gillie in 40:42 (CRR) and Lisa Morley in 41.29 (Wrexham Tri)
