 A Flying Huw Brassington ...pic by Alastair Tye | On a cold but gloriously sunny day 24 runners took to the hills above the Tyn-y-groes for the annual
Boxing Day version of the Tyn-y-Groes Hill Race. No records were broken and it was Adam Haynes of Eryri that took first place in 21:15 followed by Huw Brassington in 21:45 and Mark Atherton in 22:45.
This years Ladies winner was Janet Preston in 33:26 and runner up 15year old
Iola Jones in 35:58 with 3rd ladies place going to Cathy Bradley in 36:40.
