The Cnicht mountain race took place from Croesor, near Porthmadog on Sunday 26th August. Weather conditions were warm, dry and sunny intervals. The race was won by Karl Gray of Calder Valley in a time of 34 minutes and 43 seconds. Rob Greenwood (Eryri) was 2nd in 36.55 and Matthew Roberts (Eryri) 3rd in 38.53. Other category winners - Over 40 Kevin Hagley (South West Road Runners) 42.47 Over 50 Mathew Hand (Brycheiniog) 47.01 Over 60 Dafydd Whiteside Thomas (Eryri) 47.42 The ladies race was won by Sarah Kleeman of Eryri in a time of 44.34. Ali Thomas of Eryri was 2nd (also 1st over 40) in 52.27 and Maggie Oliver of Eryri 3rd (also 1st over 50) in 59.52.
