Wrexham AC made it one and two with Ian Houston first across the line in 38.15 followed by Darren Rowland in 38.47. Chris Davies from Buckley was third in 40.00. In the ladies field, Andrea Roberts from Eryri was first home in 45.18, followed by Jenny Ewels in the black vest of CRR in 49.12 with Mary Gillie third also in a CRR black vest in 50.32.
