Dick Finch, the Cwmdu Race Organiser suffered a serious bike accident earlier this week leading to several days in hospital and throwing the Cwmdu race into doubt. But fear not, Dick's Chepstow Harriers and MDC club mates stepped into the breach and organised the race on his behalf. I, and the other runners are immensely grateful to Gareth, Karen, Paul and James for organising the race and laying on the great weather and yummy cakes. Thanks also to Kay and Martin for summit duties and Andy for parking an unfeasibly large number of cars in the small Hall car park.
