here are the results for the race, and a little quote from the winner - Hugh
Very much enjoyed race yesterday. On the Men's side: Good battle with newcomer Harry Jones, Mark Palmer and Chris Jones. Tough conditions with very strong headwinds particularly from the top of Blorenge to the masts. I managed to take the wrong line off Sugarloaf (distracted by walkers!) and found myself going from being in the lead to 4th place by the time I reached Abergavenny. Fortunately I was able to catch the leading group back up and had a good "run" up the Blorenge to get back into the lead.

The race unfortunately clashed with 900 walkers taking part in the popular 3 Peaks of Abergavenny Charity Walk, and the 'Might Contain Nuts' races, so it was pretty crowded along the route, not what the runners are used to!

Special mention and huge thanks as always to the wonderful marshals. Not an easy task to take numbers on top of mountains in such cold windy, wet conditions.
Cheers,           Chris.
