The prizewinners

There was a large turnout as the race was the final counter in the inov-8 / WFRA Open Welsh Championships and North Wales Series (sponsored by Cotswold Outdoor). Weather conditions were cool, showery and breezy.

The inov-8/WFRA Welsh Champions for 2014 are Mark Palmer of Mynydd Du and Jackie Lee of Eryri. Other category winners -
Male : Under 40 Peter Ryder (Brycheiniog), Over 40 Darren Fishwick (Chorley), Over 50 Mark Palmer (Mynydd Du), Over 60 Gary Gunner (Croft Ambrey), Over 70 Rob West (MDC).
Female : Over 40 Mel Price (Mercia), Over 50 Emma Collins (Denbigh), Over 60 Maggie Oliver (Eryri).

The winners of the Cotswold Outdoor North Wales Series are Paul Jones of Mercia and Jackie Lee of Eryri. Other category winners -
