Llangynhafal Loop Saturday 3rd May 2014 Firstly I would like to thank the Golden Lion and the marshals as without their help the race would not take place. Weather conditions were ideal for me as organiser but may be the runners would have liked it a bit cooler in the gully.

First home was – Jez Brown in 41.10 and 1st female home was Jayne Joy in 47.10
