The threatened rain held off and thanks to John Parkinson who offered to organise so I could run one of my favourite races, and subsequently spent 1/2 the afternoon marking the mountain. It was only on the way down to the start that I disclosed to John that following Hebog I had a blister the size of an egg cup on my heel (the lengths I go to to beat Hayley and Ellie) so he could run (much to Craig and Jenks dismay).

A second win in the series for John Rowley ahead of Gwyn, whilst JP took the V40 record, third overall. A stunning run by Iolo H, 1st to the summit, walked down and still 5th overall and a new u/18 record in the process. A first V50 win in the series for Jeremy, 1st 60 to DWT and 1st 70 Emyr. Bronwen is still unstoppable, a new u/18 record and 1st lady 14th overall. Megs, Ali T, Ellie and Maggie all taking their respective classes.
