In the race, 1st win in the series for John Rowley ahead of Matt Fortes (4th in the long 1000m race on Saturday), 1st 40 for Craig while Jake G produced another amazing run taking the U/18 in 4th ahead of Menai's Cai Hinton 1st U/16 in 5th.

In the ladies, defending champion Lisa G took the win in 16th, Sarah B taking 2nd and 1st F40 in 29th. Ellie and Maggie taking 50 and 60. Quick mention about Gary "a glutton for punishment" Porter-Jones, 3 races in four days, no TV in your house Gary?
