The Llantysilio Race maintained its form with the weather, allowing 86 runners to complete the run in a rare period of sunshine, with a dusting of snow over the tops. The first two finishers Richard Roberts (Eryri) and Brendon Taylor, while swapping positions around the final Moel y Gamelin ascent, were comfortably ahead of the rest of the field, with Jez Brown from Buckley Runners third. Helsby gained success with Jayne Joy winning the Ladies race, ahead of Mary Gilllie and Lisa Morley.

The V70 was taken by Philip Jones (Prestatyn). This is normally reserved for Pete Norman, who finished 84th, but was spotted by the RO competing at the Bolesworth Mountain Duathlon, the following day!

Many thanks to everyone for coping with the limited car parking, next year we should have a surplus of facilities with access again to the community centre plus the Sun Inn is reopening very soon. And thanks to all Tattenhall Runners marshalling on the day.
